The Leica M6 classic or Leica M6 Non-TTL — is a 35mm film rangefinder camera designed and manufactured by Leica in Wetzlar before they moved their factory. They say the Wetzlar version is the real M6 since it's made from better materials than newer versions. The camera was the successor to the Leica M4-P, which was produced concurrently for the first two years of the M6’s 12-year production. For many, This is the quintessential 35mm rangefinder camera. Except for the built-in light meter, this camera is fully manual. It requires you to take your time, in a good way.
