At Analogue, we stand by the precision and quality of our hardware; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned electronics must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your Analogue device in its original box with all cables and manuals included to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
